The SGB was conducted for passing a resolution on redevelopment, to appoint a consultant/developer to prepare a Detailed Redevelopment Report and Redevelopment Scheme, and authorise the President to submit the relevant Forms along with documents before the competent authorities.
The First Annual General Body meeting was conducted to elect the Board of Managers, including the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Joint Secretary, and Treasurer.
