Invitation for Expression of Interest
Expression of interest/Offer is invited from experienced and financially sound
developers/builders for preparing a Detailed Redevelopment Report (DRR) in terms of Rule 13(2)
of the Tamil Nadu Apartment Rules 2024 for 634 flats [18 types with total plinth area of
4,65,000 sq. ft (approximate)] located in an approximate area of 11.50 acres in South Park Road
(Padikuppam Road), Anna Nagar West, Chennai-40.
Part A – Detailed Redevelopment Report
- Carpet area, alternative accommodation or payment of rent, security deposit, vacant area, garden, parking, building specifications, common areas, recreation facilities and amenities, to be provided to the apartment owners.
- The approvals/permissions from all statutory bodies required to be obtained under the applicable laws.
- Time limit for completion of the redevelopment project.
- Such other matters as may be necessary for redevelopment.

- Re-adjustment of undivided share of land
- Reallocation of apartments with proportionate undivided share
- Alternate accommodation or rent till handover
