The affairs of the Association shall be administered and governed by a Management consisting of the President, Vice President, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer, and other members elected by the members in the Annual General Body Meeting.
The term of office of the Board of Managers shall be for a period of three years. The new Board of Managers shall be elected at the Annual General Body Meeting before the expiry of the term of the existing Board of Managers.
